AHS has a great product but in reality if you can't effectively and efficiently service said product then the product has no value. Management, supervisors and leads on the front line have little to no communication skills so how can you mentor or coach a phone Representative on communication when you yourself lack in that department as well? Phone agents are held to the lowest standard there is, they show up late, leave early, take excessive breaks, complain about everything and yet these are the individuals who are paid to represent the company. They run the show and Its a shame AHS doesn't hand out complimentary nap mats during training because 1 hour of work is grilling. There are no standards, no accountability and no guidance as nobody seems to truly care. Thing as AHS has decided to outsource vital departments that are crucial to the success of any call center, sadly outsourcing these departments will be a costly mistake, a mistake they may not bounce back from.
